Slowly but surely the home renovations are getting done. My husband is still working on the master bedroom and just look at the gaping hole where he took out the sliding glass doors.

Setbacks Happen
Every time we cross something off the list, it seems like two more things get added and the closer we get to finishing the house and selling it, the further away it seems to be. Yesterday we had the termite inspection and we have extensive damage. We need to completely repair the bridge walkway to our house not to mention major repairs on the two balconies. More money that we just don't have.
Today we met with the realtor and she said that we should have the house on the market no later than May because people like to be in their new home by July/August before the school year starts. That gives us 5-7 weeks to get this done.
This is so frustrating but I can't let this setback make me stop believing. Just because I dont know "how" this is going to work, doesn't mean that it's not going to work. I am keeping my hopes up and fingers crossed.

Renovation Begins
Renovations have finally begun! However, our original timeline of being on the road by April/May has been pushed back to "whenever we sell our house". We want to put the house on the market by May 1st and hopefully it sells quickly.
